  13. That's impossible. Keyboards are language specific.

  15. Typing ctrl-A accidently on a french keyboard is as likely as typing
  16. ctrl-Q accidently on a german or uk keyboard. If you were to have a
  17. french keyboard you would most likely start to argue about the danger
  18. of ctrl-Q.
